Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Athlink. Read them together with our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Who can use Athlink
You must be at least 18 years old. Provide accurate account information, use a phone number you control, and keep your sign-in codes private. You are responsible for activity you authorize on your account.
2. Arranging games
Athlink helps people find players, organize games and communicate. Hosts and players are responsible for agreeing the venue, time, availability and any costs directly. Athlink does not guarantee attendance, venue access, another person’s identity or suitability, or the accuracy of information posted by members.
3. Playing safely
Use your judgment before meeting others. Choose suitable public venues, check local rules and take reasonable precautions for your health and safety. Sports involve risks of injury. Athlink is not an emergency service; contact local emergency services when immediate help is needed.
4. Respect other people
Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against or impersonate others. Do not post unlawful content, spam, scams, private information without permission, or content that infringes someone’s rights. Do not misuse reports, scrape personal information, bypass security controls or interfere with the service.
5. Your content
You retain your rights in content you submit. You give Athlink the permission needed to store, display and process that content to operate the service, including showing it to intended recipients and reviewing reports. You must have permission to share photos and other material. Removing your account does not immediately remove shared messages or evidence subject to the retention rules in our privacy policy.
6. Moderation and account controls
You can block and report users and content. We may restrict content or accounts to protect users, investigate abuse or comply with law. Where available, use the app’s appeal process to challenge a moderation decision. You can delete your account from Settings or contact us if you cannot sign in.
7. Ads and external services
The Toss a coin feature may show ads. Advertising privacy choices are explained in our privacy policy. Links, maps, notifications and other third-party services may be subject to their providers’ terms. Athlink does not endorse an advertiser’s products.
8. Availability and responsibility
We work to keep Athlink useful and available, but service interruptions and errors can occur. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or a particular result. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.
9. Changes and contact
