Delete your account

In Athlink, open You, then Settings, and choose Delete account. If you cannot sign in, email us with the subject “Account deletion”. We will help verify that the account belongs to you. Never send your password or SMS sign-in code.

What happens to your data?

Your profile and associated personal data enter the deletion process. Shared chat senders are anonymised during deletion and the messages are removed after 30 days. Report evidence may remain for 30 days after closure, or longer during an active hold or appeal. Read the privacy policy for details.

Report a safety issue

Use the report and block controls in the app. If you disagree with a moderation decision, use the available appeal option. Athlink is not an emergency service.
